MAT started with a dream to provide the best work enviorment for drivers and office personell. We strive one day to have these compliance and credentials in the next twelve years we will run a purpose-built fleet across the lower 48, but the operating principle will be the same: small crew, personal accountability, and the same driver from pickup to delivery.
We will stay small on purpose. It's how we will have DOT reportable incidents at zero and how our repeat-customer rate stays above 80%. If we can't do a load right, we tell you before we book it.
